“What is your Strategy Maturity?” – a study by skefto innovations Step 1 of 5 20% skefto innovations is currently undertaking a research project to study organisational maturity in relation to the development and execution of strategy as well as effectiveness of performance reporting. We are collecting data by surveying a diverse range of professionals across various industry sectors. Our initial scope is focussed on Australian market segments with the potential for an international expansion of the study beyond 2021. Our goal is to use the data collected to: Understand the current state of Strategy, Planning and Performance industries Establish baseline performance for future studies Provide feedback to all participants that includes aggregated results from the study Use the data for potential industry benchmarking All data collected and used during this study will be handled in accordance with Australian Privacy laws.
