2.4 Adding an Action

Actions, which are the steps undertaken in order to meet specific objectives, can be created for the designed strategic objectives. In the Skefto platform, an action is designated with the symbol

To add an action, complete the following steps:

Step 1: Place your cursor on the objective requiring an action. Click the “Add Action” option as illustrated below. You can also add an action by clicking the option icon “…” at the end of the objective.

Step 2: Enter a description for this action then click the “Add” tab. See example below.

The action will now appear under the objective as shown below.
